Our enquiry and consultation forms collect your name, email, optional telephone number, company, selected solution and message. Consultation requests also include your preferred date, time and timezone. Company-profile requests collect your name, email and company.
How we use it
We use these details to respond to your request, arrange a consultation or provide the company profile you requested. We do not automatically subscribe you to marketing emails. Avoid sending passwords, payment details or sensitive personal information.
Delivery and hosting
Submissions are sent to enquiry@stacklark.co.uk through the hosting server. Our hosting and email providers process the information needed to run those services. The site does not maintain a public account or form-submission database.
Technical information
The form endpoint uses a temporary hashed network identifier to limit repeated requests. Hosting access logs may record network and browser information. No advertising pixels or behavioural analytics have been added to this version.
Consultations
Submitting a preferred time does not reserve a slot. We will confirm arrangements by email. If a Google Calendar appointment schedule is connected later, you will be told before using that external service.
Your information
Email enquiry@stacklark.co.uk to ask about access, corrections or deletion of information you have shared. We retain correspondence for the enquiry and any resulting engagement, subject to applicable record-keeping requirements.
